Who's gonna kill Eva S.?

A whodunit that grabs and doesn't let go. A well-written detective story full of suspense. Seventy-year-old Eva Stieglitz receives death threats. Although her granddaughter hires a detective, the woman is murdered in a luxury hotel. Who sought her death? Eva Stieglitz has seemingly everything at the age of seventy - money, a beautiful figure, robust health, and even a granddaughter who visits her regularly. Her granddaughter Rebecca is also the only person who is concerned that her grandmother will one day receive death threats, so she hires a private detective with experience in the Prague Jewish community.

When Eva S. is actually murdered in a luxury hotel, it is temporarily the detective himself who becomes the prime suspect. As in all of Peter Eidler's detective stories, however, the truth comes out, good triumphs over evil, and the reasons for the current murders must be sought long ago, in the days of the Third Reich. A well-written detective story full of suspense and Jewish realities.
