Who has the right to kill?

In the Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary in Klášterec, the local bell ringer discovers the dead body of a student of the Prague Academy of Fine Arts, who was helping with the restoration of Baroque frescoes with his classmates. A trio of Klášterec criminologists are faced with another complex case that begins in the distant past and raises the question of whether a person has the right to take justice into their own hands. Of course, the investigation cannot be without painter and amateur detective Ctirad Karafiát, who joins the investigation without hesitation. This time, the police will need his experience and wit to catch the perpetrator.
