Former Slovak national ice hockey team player and NHL player, now a popular and respected television commentator, Boris Valábik is famous for his candour, accurate observations and critical opinions. He is the same way in his autobiography, which he wrote with leading sports journalist Maroš Szücs. He talks about his beginnings, his battles in life and in hockey, and doesn't forget his private life—women, money and the police academy—while offering his opinions on Slovak and world ice hockey.
