In the fifth story of the cult series The Right Five, the gang discovers that not every clown thinks only of pranks...
"Wow! That's so cool! That would be life!"
Julian, Dick, George, Anna and Tim the dog have spent every summer together and this summer is no exception. This time, however, the children want to enjoy them somewhere other than Kirrin. Just as they are contemplating what to do, a circus passes by and takes them by surprise. That's it! Why not try living just like the comedians for a few weeks? And without adult supervision? They camp in rented marquees near the nomads in the hills outside the town and soon make friends with Nobby, who can throw goats, and his chimpanzee Pong. This is despite the fact that the five of them didn't exactly catch the eye of the boy's clown uncle, who snaps at them at the slightest opportunity. But why don't Ludva the acrobat and Dan the clown leave them alone and keep snooping around their trailers? And why on earth would they want to poison Tim?
In the fifth story of the cult twenty-one-part series, which has been filmed three times in the UK and has been in German production since 2011, the gang discover that not every clown thinks only of pranks...
