The Mile Club

Audiobook Mile High Club, written by Liz Tomforde, narrated by Zuzana Kajnarová and Jakub Jindáček. Windy City #1 A SCORCHING HATE-TO-LOVE HOCKEY ROMANCE Nobody can imagine hockey in Chicago without Zanders, the player everyone loves to hate. He knows his role on the team and he plays it well. He spends most games in the penalty box and leaves the stadium with a different woman every night. Stevie is a flight attendant and she's had more than enough experience with athletes. But this season, she encounters the most arrogant NHL star on board her plane and starts to doubt everything, including the promise she once made to herself – never to get involved with an athlete again. Zanders is attractive and revels in his bad-boy image, but Stevie detests it. The hockey defenceman makes it ostentatiously clear that she works for him, not the other way around, and tries to make her job a living hell. However, with each flight, the initial animosity begins to fade, and Zanders is no longer sure if he keeps calling for the sassy flight attendant just to make her life difficult, or because he enjoys seeing her and wants something more.
