A journalist without fear.
A child without a father.
A man without a face.
Two men travel from Great Britain to Brussels: journalist Neil Bannerman and Kale — a killer. Bannerman expects nothing more from the trip than tedious political research, but instead finds himself in the middle of a tragedy. His host, also a journalist, is found dead alongside a British minister in the politician's house in the centre of Brussels.
By all accounts, they shot each other. The journalist's autistic daughter Tania, who hid in a wardrobe during the shootout, later draws a chilling picture featuring a third person — a man without a face. Neil Bannerman suddenly finds himself unwittingly caught up in a murder investigation.
