Trying to run Hell like a business isn't the best idea.
Problems pile up and threaten to overwhelm you because the inflexibility and rigidity of the existing feudal system won't let you put your good intentions into practice. And in the end, all your former friends and followers turn against you, deciding that your brilliant, progressive ideas aren't actually to their liking. It's true – ingratitude rules Hell, and the road to it is paved with good intentions.
And so the bodies pile up, along with other troubles. A local problem becomes a global apocalypse, with no end to the chaos in sight. And the one who was meant to be the scapegoat becomes an avenger, ready to settle the score with Hell itself. But Hell won't give up without a fight…
