The Black House

When a series of brutal murders occurs in Wisconsin, reminiscent of the inhuman rampage of the madman Albert Fish decades ago, the unknown killer becomes known as the Fisherman. The local police chief has no experience with this type of crime, so he asks Detective Jack Sawyer for help. But are the murders really the work of a mentally ill person, or is a mysterious evil force at work in the quiet town? The answer may lie in Jack's hidden past.
