The art of system design

The book teaches to understand systems, current and future processes, their links and contexts, as a basis for the formulation of assignments and the creation of SW applications. This section is followed by an example of IS (car transport management and related processes), an explanation of BORM (Business Object Relation Modelling) and an example of e-business.
