Teaching as dialogue

Dialogue as a principle of teaching has the potential to create the internal conditions for overcoming traditional conformism and the transmissive concept of teaching. It can contribute to the personality development of all pupils, not only in the area of cognitive abilities, but also in the affective, ethical and psychomotor areas.
