Tarot Reader III

Interpreter Trajanis arrives at the Alliance base and, as an involuntarily recruited agent, embarks on his first mission. While investigating a triple murder on Robusta, he gets to know the distinctive Princess Eryn, whom he had previously so emphatically rejected, and now sees that he may have made a mistake. He secretly continues to search for the Teeth of the Defeated, acts on his own initiative, turns dogmas on their head, and risks everything to save his relatives. While Trajanis fights his small battles, the fabric of Metaspace is collapsing. By a strange coincidence, it is Trajanis, the agent labelled a troublemaker, who might know what to do about it. Will the Alliance's leaders listen to him?
