Target sports

For all athletes and their fans, youth coaches, teachers, educators, physical education students and sports journalists, this publication provides basic information about 29 known and unknown target sports. The purpose of these sports is to try to transport a competition object, which can be e.g. a ball, a sphere, a stone disc, as close and as accurately as possible to a set target or to a target or hole. The author deals in detail with the competition area, equipment, behaviour of the competitors during the game and describes the basic rules. It also briefly introduces the history and organisation of each of the sports mentioned. The text is accompanied by illustrative pictures with descriptions of the playgrounds, drah, Goals, target fields, target subjects, tables, targets and e.g. and firearms, bows and crossbows.
