Somewhere beyond the sea

A magical house. A hidden past. A challenge that could change everything.

Arthur Parnassus leads a good life, one he built from the ashes of a bad one. He is the director of an unusual orphanage on a remote and strange island, and he hopes to soon become the adoptive father of the six magical children who live there.
But the road to get there is not easy. Although he and Linus Baker, a former employee of the Department in Charge of Magical Youth and the love of Arthur's life, have revealed to the world how government orphanages work, the fear of magic still resonates. And not everyone is happy about the public hearing where Arthur is to give his testimony.
In the sequel to The House in the Cerulean Sea, Arthur's mismatched magical family must face a daunting task: to speak the truth loud enough that it can never be silenced again. Even if it means rising from the ashes like a phoenix.
