Sociopath

The audiobook 'Sociopat' (Sociopath), written by D. B. Peck, narrated by Anna Trojanová, directed by Jakub Tabery. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to feel nothing? And not just to feel nothing, but to have no moral scruples? Nothing would be impossible. No boundaries would hold you back. The sociopath Emma tells the story of how life experiences turned her into someone who cannot feel any emotions. She attends therapy to rid herself of this diagnosis, climbs the career ladder, and is generally doing well. The only cloud on the horizon is Samuel. A detective who has taken it into his head that Emma is responsible for the large number of murders happening around her. He tries to prove her guilt so relentlessly that in everyone's eyes he becomes literally obsessed. His wife leaves him, his best friend too, and just when he thinks it can't get any worse, Emma sues him and the courts strip him of his rank. But he knows he's right, that Emma isn't just a beautiful woman who is very unlucky in life. She is a murderer he must get behind bars at all costs. But what is he willing to do to achieve that? D.
