Sociology of social groups

Our everyday life takes place in social groups. In them we live out our friendships and disputes, in them we respect or condemn others. In them we like, love and hate, quarrel and gossip. In groups we cooperate and compete, we help each other but also hurt each other. We are not alone in groups - and if we are not alone or in a pair, we are. in a social group. Let us introduce you to the social group as a form of social integration. Get to know the actors, their group positions and roles. Consider the processes of group structuring, group tensions, and how groups form, change, and dissolve along with group interest. Join us in paying attention to relationships within and between groups, with an emphasis on the "everyday" of group social practices. Place the knowledge of social groups in the context of microsociology and sociological knowledge.
