Sixth Sense

A romantic story from the American Civil War era. A war-torn family receives the tragic news that their son has fallen in the Battle of Gettysburg. Shortly after this shocking information, a young woman appears in the house, whose behaviour suggests that her relationship with the young man was deeper than everyone had assumed. The text is based on the first Slovak edition, but due to grammatical and stylistic changes since that period, we have had to make several alterations to the text.
