The publication is the only one to map the areas that potentiate burnout syndrome: problematic relationships in teams, conflicts with superiors, sexual harassment, psychological pressure associated with the transformation of the health care system. The book provides a practical perspective on the diagnosis of these phenomena, is supplemented by orientation questionnaires and tests, and mainly by procedures that have proven to be successful in dealing with the problems in practice. Case studies of individual problems of nurses in practice are given for illustration. Among the recommendations is the still poorly available supervision of nursing teams.
