Silent voices
Shards of silence
Rachel Mullen has been murdered, and when DI Lottie Parker discovers a shard of glass in her throat, she fears it might be the work of a serial killer. The night before, the young woman attended a party at a luxurious new restaurant, and Lottie is troubled to find that Rachel's handbag and keys are missing, and none of the partygoers saw her leave. Just as Lottie thinks she has a lead, her worst fears are realised when another woman is found dead... with a glass shard in her throat. However, the young doctor was not at the party, leaving Lottie back at square one. And then her fiancé, Boyd, goes missing. Can Lottie get inside the mind of a twisted killer before it is too late? Or will the man she loves be silenced forever?
