Selfies

In the past, people kept diaries to help their memory and capture fleeting moments. Rembrandt sometimes drew quick sketches, feathery sketches, capturing the moment with a few lines. Today, young people take selfies to, hopefully, capture the important moments of life. Marek Orko Vácha learned not to take selfies, but to write them. Rather, he wants to recede into the background and let the reader's imagination work, to show only sketches. The author's rendition of the text offers an additional dimension and allows for an even more powerful experience of the book. Let yourself be drawn into the inner world of a well-known author.
