Rebellious Magicians

The Wandfasted takes readers to the period before the four-part The Black Witch Chronicles series and, across two stories, recounts the dramatic events that preceded the thrilling adventure of Elloren Gardner.
In the first story, Erthia is ravaged by the devastating Realm War. When Tessla Harrow is driven from her humble home by the fighting, she discovers an unexpected power within herself, and with it, an irresistible attraction to the son of the Black Witch, the most powerful sorceress her people have ever known. But young Vale hides his own secrets and goals, which could lead Tessla into danger.
The second story tells of Sagellyn Gaffney, whose rare light magic makes her the ideal guardian of a powerful tool, a wand capable of confronting the darkness spreading across Erthia. To protect the wand from its pursuers, Sage must leave everything she knows behind and embark on a perilous journey that could lead to her doom.
