Petr Kachna

Petr Kachna, Swallows and Amazons on the treasure hunt. The third book in the series about the Swallows and Amazons takes place at sea, where the children set sail with Peter Kachna in search of treasure. Can they resist the pursuing pirates? Petr Kachna is the third part of a novel cycle about the holiday adventures of two sibling groups of children called the Swallows and the Amazons. One of the Swallows, Titty Walker, created a retired sailor, Peter Kachna, in her imagination during the last holidays, who comes to life in this book. Why not? Together they set sail with Uncle Jim, aka Captain Flint, in the schooner Wildcat, because Peter Duck knows where the treasure is stored. However, the crew of the Wildcat is pursued by pirates hungry for rich booty. Will our heroes hold their own in a clash where lives are on the line?
