Educators, as guides to education and upbringing, have a lot to know and do in order to pass on their knowledge and skills. That is their mission. And so it happens that even the future guide of others needs an experienced guide on the way to himself who will guide him through the whole personal-social preparation, help him to see himself and develop the ability of self-reflection. This book is just such a guide.
