Per piece

A collection of short stories and poems that draws the reader into a world of memories, thoughts, and childhood experiences, interwoven with the impression of historical events. An introspective, figurative style, full of metaphors and poetic moments, complements a strong sense of detail. This book immerses you in a melancholic mood where past and present intertwine, inviting you to perceive time through different eyes. Karel Cudlín’s photographs perfectly complement Tesař’s texts, together creating a profound visual and literary experience. This is zen.
