Our historic industrial breweries

Many books have been written about Czech and Moravian breweries, but this one is different. The author, Filip Vrána, an adviser to the Czech Beer and Malt Association for the UNESCO registration of Czech Beer Culture, investigated which breweries are the main bearers of tradition. In the book, you will find breweries that have been operating for at least one hundred years and get the perspective of the brewers themselves on what makes their brewery exceptional. The book also gives you a glimpse into places you would not normally see.
