This new edition of the textbook 'Nursing for the 2nd Year' is intended for students of secondary medical schools, students of healthcare disciplines, and all professionals working as non-physician healthcare workers.

Healthcare, as one of the few fields, is characterised by constant changes in the areas of treatment and patient care. Advances in detecting the causes of diseases and their treatment, along with a focus on prevention, place increasing demands on nursing care. Within nursing care, we encounter new tools and are constantly learning new procedures.

The aim is for the textbook to include a description of most of the professional procedures that fall within the competence of the aforementioned workers. At the same time, it aims to follow the outcomes of the framework educational programmes for these fields and reflect society's requirements for the overall education and personal development of pupils‚
