Nils Vik's last day

Widower Nils Vik embarks on his final voyage. Throughout his adult life, he has ferried people across the fjord, offering them a moment of peace, companionship, and a listening ear. Now he meets some of them again. For him, the journey is an opportunity to delve into his memories, to reflect on his life through its difficult and joyful phases, and to express his love for those he met, loved, and lost.
