New family
Can you trust your neighbours?
Brooke is over the moon when Oliver decides to rent her holiday home long-term with his three-year-old son, Finley. Finally, someone to bring a bit of happiness to the old house, which has been struck by more than one tragedy. They seem like the perfect tenants, but Brooke is slightly unsettled by how little they’ve brought with them. Where are all their things?
When Brooke asks Oliver about his past, he quickly changes the subject. Brooke has been through enough in her life and doesn't want to get involved in other people's problems. But she can't shake the feeling that something isn't right. Why can't she find anything about her new tenants online?
Then Brooke finds her temporary home in flames. She loses everything she has, including the paintings that are her livelihood. And when little Finley draws a picture of a house on fire in her presence, her blood runs cold. What is Finley so afraid of? And why does Oliver immediately get rid of the drawing?
Brooke is convinced that Finley is in danger, but given her own past, she doesn't expect anyone to believe her. Is she prepared to face her own demons to save the little boy? And when the truth finally comes out, who is really in danger?
