Modern psychology

This practical handbook summarizing the basic knowledge of psychological science is intended primarily for readers who appreciate its timeliness, communication, clear layout and compact size. Its conception follows the popular foreign overview publications, but the structure of the text is based on the structure usual for domestic university studies.

For variety, the publication is also equipped with "windows" providing additional information and interesting facts and a total of 120 illustrations, photographs and graphs. Many terms are given in their original terminology, which will make it easier for the reader to find further information in foreign literature, search engines or specialist databases. The book will be welcomed, for example, by students of psychology and related fields, but also by professionals looking for a clear excerpt from the literature they have already read.
