Meet class 1. A

Education is a world that changes faster than we can write in the class register, and yet, many things within it remain suspiciously the same.

This book is a personal, ironic, yet kind-hearted look into the fictional class 1A, in which anyone who has ever taught... or been to school, will undoubtedly see themselves.

It is a story about children, parents, teachers, rules, absurdities, and the small victories that never make it into the annual reports.

The book is complemented by short essays based on real events — small flashes of reality that show that education is sometimes too real to be made up.

This book is dedicated to all teachers.
For their unwavering will, courage, and nerves of steel.

“Every classroom is a complete microworld.
And every teacher is its first chronicler.”
