Twenty-four-year-old Kamila isn't a model, she doesn't have a dazzling career or any special talents. The only exceptional thing about her is her beautiful hair. She's looking forward to her wedding with her boyfriend, Erik, but instead, she gets a rude awakening

in the form of a break-up. Just before Christmas Day, she finds herself without a job, a flat, or a boyfriend. She celebrates New Year's Eve with Radka, who is in a similar situation. But Kamila refuses to be broken and makes a bet with her friend that a millionaire will propose to her within a year. If she doesn't manage it, she has to shave her head. But a year is a long time, right?
