Lemon scent

Alison is convinced that nothing can surprise her anymore. But then Sam starts coming to her café. A quiet girl who arrives at two, orders a takeaway tea, but sits down with it at a small table. On the stroke of four, she gets up and leaves. Only Sam herself knows why she does it. She left a piece of herself in her home country and now, in England, she mainly takes care of others. She guards her secrets carefully and feels no need to share them with anyone. But then something changes, and she finds herself longing for the exact opposite.
