LEGION 10: Flames of War
Flames of War is the tenth instalment of the sci-fi series Legion 10 Attack!
The Earth Legions, alongside their allies, are launching a full-scale attack against the Commonwealth. The strategic planet Tara is the bridgehead for the Enlil invasion of the Churitt armies, and it's the human soldiers who are tasked with its capture. Huge war machines, strategies controlled by automated combat systems, and even hand-to-hand combat. And that includes woman-to-man combat—many men, in fact, because when Aga goes into battle, one opponent is never enough! And what happens when Fifinka and Gertrude get involved? The Kraksna's crew faces its toughest trial by the fire of war, but where there are no sacrifices, there is no victory. However, not every victory is ultimately worth it. The Legion story is approaching its final quarter, and you'll definitely want to be there for it.
František Kotleta
Real name Leoš Kyša. A native of Bruntál, writer, convict, entrepreneur, Mowgli of the Jeseníky mountains, and butcher. He comes from an artistic family; his mother was a dancer, gymnast, and spy, who was persecuted for her fearless civil and political stances to the point where she was forced to flee abroad from the StB (State Security). Her remarkable career as a CIA agent, who thwarted both the StB and the KGB with her successes throughout the 1980s, has yet to be documented and is shrouded by an iron curtain forged from secrets, myths, legends, and half-truths. She disappeared in Brazil in the mid-nineties, and there has been no news of her since. Nothing is known about Kotleta's father either. Some clues suggest it is Mikhail Gorbachev, whom Kotleta's mother seduced during his secret visit to Bruntál. However, according to malicious local gossip, it could be practically anyone who ever saved up fifty crowns and could afford a short but thrilling adventure in the illegal brothel that Kotleta's mother exemplarily ran as a cover for her espionage activities.
