It focuses on developing language skills and identifying problem areas where there is not a clear overlap between legal systems.

The book is tailored to Czech lawyers and offers insight into the issue of tricky words (interlingual homonyms – e.g. concurrent - competitor), which can confuse Czech lawyers when communicating in English. It is aimed at law students, lawyers and related professions, and teachers of legal English.
