Law for political scientists

The field of legal science is extremely extensive and complex, theoretically and practically very demanding, and therefore cannot be covered in its entirety in a single book. After all, the bibliography alone reaches immense proportions. The book defines politics, political science, and the relationship to law. It introduces types of states, forms of law, the system of courts in the Czech Republic, the system of European court structures and the importance of their judgments. It does not leave aside human rights and much more. The book will be especially appreciated by students of political science and experts in the field.
