Korea

What must happen for the prophecy spoken ages ago to come true? And does a person even have a chance to influence it? Especially when he knows that someone's life depends on its fulfillment, but by speaking out about it, is he risking his own?

This is exactly the situation Bára found herself in when she was in the middle of the war between Korea and Japan. The encounter with the unadulterated mermaid and the confusion with the hungry demon were among the less dramatic incidents…

In her books, historian Veronika Válková transports readers to real, real history, where she and Bára experience exciting moments, but they also learn a lot.
