Kristina M. Waagnerová
Kristina M. Waagnerová studied medicine at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. She chose gynaecology and obstetrics as her specialisation, became certified in this field, and works as a doctor in a Prague perinatology centre. She also teaches obstetrics at the College of Health in Prague and collaborates on writing scripts for television series with medical themes. Her fantasy tetralogy, Golden Grai, was seventeen years in the making and was initially published only as an e-book, yet it generated considerable acclaim. Following the eponymous introductory volume and two sequels, Touch of the Viatár and Imprints of Chribda, the long-awaited final volume, Kiss of the Maintré, is now being released.
