Karel Poláček: Everything for the company

Amendment K. Poláček's All for the Company was first published in continuation in Lidové noviny and was never published as a whole during the author's lifetime, the first time it was published posthumously in 1966. Poláček himself did not underestimate this work - he also wrote a play on the same theme, Father of His Son. The cheerful daddy Adolf Štorkán and his pedantic son Jiří do everything to save the company, marrying so intricately that in the end it is hard to tell who is the daddy and who is the son.
