Josef Bek: A Wandering Day

Theatre, radio, television, film. film, radio, television, theatre. such were the days of Josef Bek, a popular actor, a great storyteller and a pure man. In my memories, literary elaborations by Petr Hořec, returns to the years of his childhood and youth in Hradec Králové, colourfully describes the first steps on the boards, that mean the world in Olomouc, later move to Prague and a glorious era in the Prague City Theatres, to which he remained loyal. Anecdotal stories are intertwined with portraits of famous actors and directors, we watch exhausting moments in front of the camera and holiday trips abroad; Bek doesn't hide anything, he tells the audience how his life went.
