Jiří Suchý: Cabaret in the soul

Step into Jiří Suchý's Cabaret of the Soul and let yourself be charmed and amused by his unique poetics. This selection of texts from his later work is complemented by a cross-section of the author's graphic art, in which you will find the same gentle humour, playfulness, and distinctive imagination that generations of Semafor theatre audiences have encountered over the years. This beautifully illustrated publication opens with a foreword by Zdeněk Svěrák.
