J. Mahen, F. Pavlicek: Mlynář's Student (1982)

The touching and very sad romantic story of the love of a young miller's son for a Russian girl brings great emotions, but does not offer a fairy-tale happy denouement, but rather questions about the meaningfulness of human life and the inner secrets of the soul. In 1982 the director Karel Weinlich staged the play with Ivan Lut'ansky in the lead role.
