In the mind of a murderer

Chicago. The three women were found strangled, embalmed and posed as if alive. Eager and confident forensic psychologist Zoe Bentley and quirky FBI special agent Tatum Gray are brought in to help.

Zoe must try to understand the killer's motivation so the police can find him before more women die. During the investigation, she herself receives suspicious anonymous packages. He won't tell anyone about them, but their content refers to terrible crimes from the past. The hunter becomes the prey and the past becomes a terrifying present.
