I'll be close to you

Cyrus Haven is preparing to welcome his brother home after almost twenty years. Elias is due to be released from a psychiatric hospital and is returning to a completely different world – Cyrus is now a successful psychologist and shares a house with Evie Cormac, a girl with a troubled past but an incredible gift: she can tell when someone is lying. When a man is murdered and his daughter, Maya, subsequently disappears, Cyrus is tasked with profiling the killer and tracing the missing girl's last steps. The police believe Maya was drugged and abducted from the bar where Evie works. Shortly afterwards, another abduction takes place, and Evie is the only witness who has seen the kidnapper. However, only two people believe her. One of them is Cyrus. And the other is the killer himself.
