Hunger

Evil for evil. They came to Earth – Pestilence, War, Famine, Death – four horsemen on their roaring steeds. Four horsemen with the power to destroy all of humanity. They came to Earth to wipe us all out. Ana da Silva always assumed she would die young, but she never expected it to be at the command of the third Horseman of the Apocalypse, Famine, the terrifying immortal whose life she once saved. But if the Horseman remembers her at all, he mustn’t care, because when she comes face to face with him for the second time in her life, she is stabbed and left for dead. Except Ana doesn't quite die, and she decides to get her revenge. If there’s one thing Famine excels at, it’s cruelty. He cannot forget the pain humans have caused him, and he is ready to repay them tenfold. But when Ana appears like a ghost from the past and presses a knife to his throat, something about her intrigues him, and he decides not only to spare her but to take her with him on his next murderous mission. Despite all the hostility, Famine and Ana are irresistibly drawn to each other – perhaps because they actually have a lot in common. Their hesitant mutual affection and passion forge into a love they hope to share until Death do them part. Which, of course, could be very soon…
