Dominic Landsman's humour knows no bounds
Time travel and the struggles of enslaved Hitlerites. Welcome to the grim future!
In the not-too-distant future, humanity is living in misery and destruction after the apocalypse known as Groundhog Day. In an attempt to reverse this sad fate, a time machine is constructed, but it turns out that what has passed cannot be changed - so people start to go back to the past, at least on holiday, and bring things back.
Over time, however, we need to start regulating this, and so the only thing that one is allowed to bring back from the past, is Adolf Hitler - because it is perfectly OK to enslave him and force him to work on onion plantations, for example, or let him wrestle other Hitlers... And that's exactly what Daniel is doing, who followed in his father's footsteps and became Hitler's trainer.
Will he succeed in the prestigious Hitler World Championship? A humorous novel whose vision of the future will hopefully never come true.
