Hedina's War

An incredible story of courage, hope and friendship.

Hedy, a young Jewish woman who fled Vienna for the tiny island of Jersey off the French coast, once again faces Nazi oppression. She decides to conceal her origins and out of necessity accepts a job as a translator in a German military camp, where she invents her own form of resistance against the occupiers. Against all odds, she falls in love with a German officer, and a simple romance soon develops into a serious relationship on which her life begins to depend. But Hedy and her lover are suspected by the secret police, and both are forced to take increasingly desperate measures to escape capture and survive the war.
