Hašek of Wallenstein
Hašek of Wallenstein was probably the most famous member of the Wallenstein family before the Imperial Generalissimo Albrecht. This nobleman has a poor reputation in historiography: he is considered a traitor to the Hussite cause, or even a murderer. David Papajík's book shows that this reputation is undeserved. Hašek of Wallenstein was a capable warrior who was able to stand up to the powerful Žižka, and after switching to the side of Emperor Sigismund and his successor Albrecht of Austria, he also made his mark as a diplomat and Moravian provincial hetman.
