General mistake

The General Mistake is the story of Maroš Žilinka, an overly ambitious man who followed his goal despite the corpses. On his way to the top of the Slovak prosecutor's office, he schemed and made political deals, becoming a hostage of corrupt politicians, oligarchs and secret police. The groundbreaking book by investigative journalist Marek Vagovič is a shocking probe into the dark backstage of the General Prosecutor's Office under the leadership of Maroš Žilinka. It brings dozens of new findings and exclusive first-hand information. Vagovič collected evidence in previously unpublished documents, but also in exclusive interviews with elite prosecutors led by Daniel Lipšic.
