Frost under the skin

A cut-off cabin in the mountains, five former friends and an unpaid bill with 10 years of interest
Five former friends arrive at Le Rocher, a small ski resort in the French Alps. They are to meet here for the first time in ten years since they trained together for one of the most important snowboard races of their careers.

Soon after arriving at the ski resort at the top of the glacier, however, they discover that they are being played cruelly. The mountain hut is deserted, the cable car has stopped, neither of them can find their mobile phones and there are instructions for the game waiting for them in the common room. A game to remind them of Saskia – a member of their former gang back when they were six.

But then something happened. Saskia disappeared under strange circumstances on the day of the race. And just this year, after years of being presumed missing, authorities officially declared her dead.

They are all consumed by an unpleasant feeling and can't decide if the unexplained mysteries that are happening in the cabin or the snow storm that is making it impossible for them to escape are worse. But one thing is certain: no one here can be trusted. Someone lured them here on purpose. Someone who wants to find out the truth about what happened to Saskia. And that someone will stop at nothing.

A fast-paced thriller with an oppressive, claustrophobic atmosphere, full of mutual accusations and mistrust, it became a sensation before its release and the rights were sold to 18 countries.
