Single mother Livie looks back on the house by the lake where she experienced her first love, moments of happiness, and the dramatic events that forced her family to leave the seemingly idyllic place. Twelve years later, the threat of a secret she shares with her former classmates being revealed brings her back to the relatives and friends with whom she had to sever ties.
