Fire ceremony

The story takes place in the year 1987, at a time of the end of harsh regimes and hope for a new order. The symbol of the turning point of time is the Fire Ceremony. The ceremony is led by two archetypal figures, a man and a woman, folk healers from the Amazon. A man lights his fire in solitude and at the end of his strength. A woman travels across the ocean to Europe to save an unfortunate man in Czechoslovakia. Then she meets dissidents in Prague, is expelled by State Security, but before leaving, she concludes her mission and performs her ceremony in a circle of new friends.
